Mr. Pryor and Ms. DeGois represented a general surgeon who was allegedly negligent in the performance of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, resulting the severing of the patient’s bile duct, resulting in the need for surgical repair and the patient’s debilitation.  Mr. Pryor and Ms. DeGois presented the patient’s attorney with evidence revealing that the patient had aberrant anatomy, and that the severing of the bile duct was not the result of negligence.
