The plaintiffs were a family of five, the parents and their three adult children. The father had been employed as a property manager at the subject premises. The case was dismissed following investigation and discovery that established that the rental contract that was a foundation of the plaintiffs’ claims had been fraudulently created by the plaintiff/former property manager.
