Maher v. Dr. W

Virgil Pryor and Priscilla DeGois represent a primary care physician who allegedly failed to inform a patient of a biliary stent that remained in place many years after it’s initial placement.  The court found that the defendant physician complied with the standard of care and rendered judgment in her favor.
