Keith Reyen

Keith is a proud founding member or Oium Reyen & Pryor. He takes great pride in the fact that he and his partners have built a team of lawyers and support staff that provides the highest quality possible legal services at a reasonable cost to a wide variety of clients.

Keith was born in Portland, Oregon in 1959. His family moved to San Mateo, California and he attended school in San Mateo through high school. He attended the University of California at Davis and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1981. He received his J.D. Degree from Golden Gate University in 1986. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1987.

He began his career in Redding, California with Moss & Enochian. During his two years at Moss & Enochian, Keith wrote winning briefs in several appellate matters, including two published opinions. Keith tried several cases to verdict while at Moss & Enochian.

Keith joined O'Connor Cohn Dillon & Barr in 1989. In his twelve years at OCD & B, Keith tried a number of jury cases to verdict, including serious injury (brain injury), civil rights, and contract matters. Keith worked on a variety large-scale environmental tort cases, including groundwater contamination claims by municipalities, electromagnetic fields litigation and asbestos claims. He also worked extensively on product liability, premises liability and insurance bad faith cases.

Keith is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Northern California and Nevada Association of Defense Counsel.

Keith is an accomplished chef and a sometimes fair golfer. His musically gifted family includes his lovely wife Dawn, who conducts, accompanies and teaches and son Chet, an honors student, strong runner and accomplished pianist in his own rignt. Keith's own musical claim to fame was having his drum instructor, Micky Hart, quit on him to join the Grateful Dead.
