Mr. Pryor and Priscilla DeGois represented a physician who, in a skilled nursing facility, allegedly failed to monitor a patient’s narcotic medication and allegedly caused the patient’s death. Mr. Pryor and Ms. DeGois convinced the court that the physician had provided appropriate and timely care and that the physician’s involvement played no role in the patient’s death. The court entered judgment on the physician’s behalf.
