Mr. Pryor and Ms. DeGois represented an Emergency Physician who allegedly failed to detect uncontrolled diabetes which resulted in amputation of the patient’s leg. They presented evidence establishing that the physician had complied with the standard of care, and the court rendered judgment in the physician’s favor.
